Welcome to term four. I trust that all kids, parents and caregivers had a fantastic break and that you are all rearing to go. This is a very exciting term as it is the last term that the year eights will be spending at this fantastic school. This term we will be studying World War 2 machines. We will be doing our best to prepare the boys for College by reviewing addition/ subtraction, multiplication/ division and proportions and ratios. There might even be a visit from someone famous, who knows!!
Welcome to Room 7's FIRST BLOG!!! Today I took a few photos of learning activities that were going on in room 7. It is quite literally a case of looking around my classroom and taking a few photos of what was happeng at that time. The photos will show use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) as an independant mathematics learning tool, and cutting up fruit to learn about fractions and place value. WATCH THIS SPACE FOR THE PHOTO's. They will be posted when I have learned how.
School lunches can be ordered from the school office. Please ensure that orders are placed before 8.55am.

There is usually a class fundraiser on Thursdays such as a sausage sizzle, but please check weekly.
Subway $5 for a 6" sub, a cookie and a drink (or two cookies and no drink)
